Many thanks to Mrs. Giulia her welcome towards me was more than wonderful she treated me very well and elegantly she speaks English fluently and excellently She was very collaborative with me and was able to fulfill all my requests as I wanted and even more she helped me with everything I needed She is always smiling, beautiful and very kind I give you this rating of 10/10 because of Ms. Julia Because she deserves a higher promotion than this position and for me she was the best receptionist I have ever seen in my life Thanks to this esteemed hotel and special thanks again to Mrs. Julia

It is a nice, comfortable hotel in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is nothing much around, so you need to get a taxi or metro to get to places. Its close to M1 Lotto station (7-8 mins walk) so its easy to reach the city center or Fiera Milano. The breakfast is simple but fresh. The room and bathroom are well-sized and in an up-to-date condition. It has also a private parking that you can book extra. The price reflects the comfortness of the hotel and the distance from the center. All in all this is what you would expect from a city hotel and this hotel fulfills every expectation.

Our stay at B&B Hotel Milano Portello was quite good. The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and the room was just what we needed for a couple of days. The beds were super comfortable, there was a mini-fridge and expresso machine in the room with waters and coffee provided. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the location was good, close to two metro stations and quiet at night. There was also a small area in the lobby to buy snacks, drinks and other small things. The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel.

I felt safe and secure on my own. It was quiet and the facilities were trouble free. All the staff were friendly. Very good access from the city center. The M1 Lotto is within walking distance and the train will take you right to the sights in no time, and of course the M4 Portello was convenient to get to the central station. I enjoyed lots of coffee for free in my room. The store was well stocked and I was in the mood for a glass of wine in the evening so I could drink it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and always responded promptly to any request. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I would especially like to thank Melisa at the front desk — her service was outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again in the future.
